Umoya Capital Partners, Calibre Capital and MAST Capital have acquired a significant minority interest in Signal Hill Products (Pty) Ltd alongside existing shareholders. Umoya and it’s partners supported Signal Hill in their recent acquisition of the rights to the Strongbow, the world’s largest cider by volume, across designated territories in Southern Africa.

Established in 2012, Signal Hill Products (PTY) Ltd is at the forefront of the beverage industry, producing innovative beer and alcoholic beverage brands including Devil’s Peak, Striped Horse, Kixx and Hero.Their vision is to be a truly African beer and cider company and the acquisition of the rights to Strongbow elevates the company to being the largest independent brewing company in Southern Africa.
