We only invest where we believe we can add real value and we are geared towards supporting entrepreneurs to optimise performance and accelerate growth.

We do not assume operational responsibility but actively monitor performance by staying close to our partners. We develop strong personal relationships with our partners and prefer regular, informal communication over rigid, structured engagement.
